1. Discovery Call or Site Visit

It all starts with a friendly, no-obligation chat. We’ll talk through your ideas, what you want to achieve, your budget, and your style preferences. For local clients in Devon and the South West, we often arrange a site visit early on to assess space, access, light, and levels.

2. Tailored Proposal & Quote

Once we understand your needs, we’ll create a clear, detailed proposal with sketches or concept drawings, a timeline, and pricing. Our quotes are transparent — no hidden extras or vague allowances.

3. Planning & Permissions (if needed)

Need planning permission or building regs approval? We’ll guide you through the process and let you know what’s required for your project. We can recommend trusted planning consultants or help with preparing basic documentation.
