Driveway Transformation & Fencing in Ottery St Mary
This project in Ottery St Mary began with a front garden that was no longer working for the homeowners or their day-to-day life. Established planting, including a substantial clematis, had gradually taken over much of the available space, leaving the family without enough practical off-road parking. With two vehicles regularly having to be parked further down the road and a new arrival on the way, creating easier access and additional parking had become a priority.
We cleared the existing garden, removed the established planting and reworked the layout to make much better use of the available frontage. New timber fencing was then installed to define the boundary and give the whole area a smarter, more finished appearance.
The transformation created enough space for two vehicles to be parked comfortably off-road, with easier access to the house and a frontage that feels far more open and organised. It’s a great example of how rethinking an existing outdoor space can make a significant difference to everyday life without extending or altering the house itself. The homeowners gained the practical parking they needed while also improving the overall appearance and kerb appeal of the property.
